“We are so afraid to admit that we are love, loved, loveable.
All the negative core beliefs you hold are there because at the time of each of their adoption, you felt it was better to believe that painful belief, rather than to experience the truth of was playing out in your reality – that which was perceived as far too threatening to your emotional survival. If you’d have allowed the pain of what you were actually experiencing to move through you, it would have hurt a lot, but you would have then come back to your natural state of wholeness because you allowed it instead of resisted it. It would not have grasped you the way it still does now as means of continued protection. You hold onto that negative core belief like a shield as way of never having to admit and thus face that seemingly life threatening pain of what truly occurred.
Negative core beliefs are the coping mechanism of the human species.
What if you were always love, loved and loveable?” – Becc
